Regional Integration
CRES 2008 is conceived to generate proposals for strengthening processes of regional integration, as well as a forum for analyzing and discussing the elements of a regional agenda on higher education, science, and technology for sustainable development of the Latin American and Caribbean region. It will provide, through their important interrelations, desirable and possible scenarios to contribute in the formulation of State public higher education policies, steps toward effective regional integration, as well as action strategies for transforming the sector in the short, middle, and long-term.
